How long does embroidery take?
- On-site at vendor events: Your tote will be embroidered and ready the same day, so you can take it home immediately.
- Online orders: Please allow 1 week for processing before your bag is shipped.

Can I request something other than a name?
Yes! We can embroider words only — whether it’s your name, your child’s name, or a short phrase like “Liam’s Mama.” However, we do not currently offer designs with symbols, pictures, or images.

Do you offer bulk or group orders? Yes! We’re happy to create group or bulk orders for special occasions such as weddings, bridal parties, family reunions, team gifts, or corporate events. Each tote can be embroidered with individual names or consistent text (e.g., “Bridesmaid” or “Team Smith 2025”). Bulk orders do require a longer processing time depending on the quantity, so please contact us in advance at allthingsusefulco@gmail.com to discuss your timeline and customization needs. We’ll work with you to make sure your group order is handled with care and delivered on time.

What size are your tote bags?
Our totes are 13 inches (mini tote size) — big enough for small essentials like a wallet, phone, keys, or a book, but compact enough for everyday carrying.
